Leads the Synergos Nigeria team.
In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of support for the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), through the Ministerial advisers, and bridging the gap between the federal agricultural agenda and the longer term vision of the Minister. Vivienne is a lawyer and an organisational/capacity development consultant with over 20 years combined experience of working in public, private, nonprofit sectors, both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Before joining Synergos in 2017, Vivienne worked as a consultant delivering human capacity and institutional change programs for government agencies such as NIMASA, PEFMB, and NNPC, as well as Dansa Holdings (a subsidiary of the Dangote Group) in Nigeria. Most recently she led the World Bank-assisted SEEFOR project for Edo State and the World Bank-funded KAPB evaluation for Lagos Metropolitan & Governance Development Project (LMGDP). Prior to this she worked in United Kingdom as a project manager where she managed a range of social assistance and social inclusion programs.
Prior to joining Synergos, Seun was Programme Director, Public Sector Practice at the Workforce Group. A Public Sector and Governance Performance Consultant with extensive experience in Government Strategy, Policy, Research, International Commercial Law and Corporate Law, Seun is also a PRINCE2 certified project manager. She also possesses extensive working knowledge and experience of public policy, public strategy, capacity building, and retail banking.She holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and an LL.M in International Commercial Law from Robert Gordon University, U.K.
Seun was responsible for coordinating the work of National Advisory Board Members, Global Expert Pool and National Faculty and their interface with Project Consultants in the delivery and implementation of Governance Performance Systems and Government Capacity Building. She oversees the deployment of Consultants, Researchers, Analysts based on project needs and is primarily responsible for the project performance, Programme Impact Assessments, Diagnostics, Public Policy and Strategy Analytics in Synergos Nigeria.
He is a graduate of International Relations and Strategic Studies (M.A) and History (B.A) from Benue State University Makurdi with an interest in International Relations.
He has over eight years’ experience working in the non-governmental sector and public sector. This includes the Benue State Internal Revenue Service and Kogi State Internal Revenue Service. He has worked on food security in the North Central Zone of Nigeria and functioned as Program Manager for various programs, including Social Mobilization for Malaria, Orphans and Vulnerable Children with CRS, HIV Counseling and Testing (HCT), and the Hygiene Improvement Framework (HIF). He was also a Trainer of Trainers of Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS).
He is an alumnus of the United States International Visitors Leadership Program in the nonprofit sector. He also has a B.Sc. in Psychology from Nasarawa State University, Keffi and a Masters in Development Studies from Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria. He has worked with several rural communities in Nigeria as a development practitioner and partnered with government in different sectors on sustainable development.
Victor has worked in different capacities on sustainable development, budget advocacy, women’s rights, and emergencies in Nigeria. He has served as Coordinator for Food Security and Livelihood with the International Rescue Committee and as National Coordinator for Linking the Youths of Nigeria through e-Xchange (LYNX-Nigeria), specifically on the Aflatoun Child Social and Financial Education program. He also served as Program Manager for the ActionAid Local Rights Program in Kogi State and as CEO for the Participation Initiative for Behavioral Change in Development (PIBCID) in North Central Nigeria. Currently, he chairs the Kogi NGO Network (KONGONET).
